Tom hosts this website and directs the activities of the nonprofit SuperWisdom Foundation. An entrepreneur, author and speaker, Tom has appeared on more than 200 radio and TV shows. We published the first SuperWisdom Newsletter in 1999 and began taking book orders over the internet the same year. The IRS granted official 501(c)3 nonprofit status in 2006. We reside in Payson, Arizona — a beautiful mountain town of pine trees, clean air and rich blue skies about 90 miles north of Phoenix.
How is SuperWisdom funded?
Proceeds from Gifts and Donations provide the financial support that makes this all volunteer effort possible.
No one receives a salary or expense account. All tax deductible gifts maintain and improve the infrastructure, publishing and carefully selected advertising to reach dedicated students of the inner life. What is the SuperWisdom Foundation?

We seek to stir something within rather than impose another “teaching” from without, with all the subtle pressures for conformity and “loyalty.” J. Krishnamurti spoke with great power when he said, “To follow another, however learned and noble, is to block all understanding, isn’t it?”
Devotion melts a hard heart, and holds a crucial place for all of us. However, devotion can be, and ultimately must be, direct and only to the Truth itself. Rare it is indeed when a person with a public teaching role accepts displays of devotion from beginners, without bending it to harm the student, or the teacher himself/herself. SuperWisdom aims its content and message to those ready for devotion to the Truth itself. “Place the kingdom of heaven first,” says the Bible, “and all else shall be added unto you.”
