When you click through to the Podcast Website you can go the low tech route or the high tech route.
LOW TECH: You can listen by just clicking on the Arrow pointing to the right that is beneath each titled episode. Want to be notified of new podcasts? You'll see an email signup box for your email address. This brings you a notice with the title and content summary (nice!) of any new Time Out for Truth episodes. You then click on the link in the email and you go straight to the new audio file. Couldn't be easier!
HIGH TECH: Or, you can be a little bit more tech savvy and utilize the power of the automatic download option. This is called RSS, which stands for Really Simple Syndication. Your computer automatically "fetches" the latest episode and has it in your computer, ready for you to listen or to transfer to your mobile mp3 listening device, an iPod for example.
For the high tech option, you will need a podcatcher. The podcatcher is placed on your computer, and automatically "fetches" the podcasts you wish to hear and downloads them right to your computer. iTunes and Juice are two good options. Since iTunes is by far the most popular, and perhaps even the easiest to use, here are instructions on how to proceed:
How to Download the iTunes Podcatcher
Just as you have a mailbox to "catch" your incoming mail from the post office, so do you need to install on your computer a "podcatcher" to automatically download the latest podcast episodes. You can download Apple's iTunes podcatcher at: http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ It works for both Windows and Mac machines. It's an amazingly simple program to use. Click the option to "Download iTunes Free" button on the left.
Once the installation for iTunes downloads you'll need to click the open and install icon. The prompts are easy, but the last one is a question to go right away to the Apple Music Store or to the Library. Choose Library.
Once in your iTunes library, you'll notice at the top the word "Advanced." Click here and then click on "Subscribe to Podcast." A little box comes up for you to enter the address (the feed) of the Time Out for Truth Podcast. Simply copy and paste this URL address in the box. It is:

Mobile Listening Device Options:Option: If you choose, you can transfer your audio files to an MP3 mobile device, like the ubiquitous Apple I-Pod or Creative Zen V2. Less expensive units with less storage are available. This mobile step is an option. It is a powerful one, however, since you can make your episodes portable and listen while driving, walking, etc. Once you get started with this new technology, you'll wonder why you waited so long. It is simple, fun and convenient.
